We publish our fees so you can budget before the first conversation. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. No hidden charges, no surprise invoices at the end of an engagement.
Each package below is a complete engagement with a defined duration, session cadence and set of deliverables. We do not sell individual sessions on an ad-hoc basis because meaningful behaviour change requires sustained work over time.

Yes, and most of our clients are employer-sponsored. We issue a tax invoice to your organisation and can set up a purchase order process if required. When an employer sponsors the engagement, we agree on a reporting format upfront that protects your privacy. Typically the sponsor receives a brief written summary at the midpoint and at the end, covering themes and progress against goals but not session-by-session details.
The leadership coaching programme is billed monthly by default. For transition support, you can split the fee into two equal instalments: one at the start and one at the six-week mark. Team workshops are invoiced in full before the workshop date. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
You can end a coaching engagement at any time with 14 days written notice. You will be billed for sessions already completed and any sessions within the 14-day notice period. Unused prepaid fees are refunded within 10 business days. We do not charge an early termination penalty.
We offer a free 30-minute chemistry call before you commit. This is not a coaching session; it is a conversation to check whether we are a good fit for each other. We will ask you about your current role, what prompted you to consider coaching, and what outcome would make the investment worthwhile. You can ask us anything you like. If either side feels the fit is not right, we will say so honestly and, where possible, refer you to another coach.
Our published prices are fixed for individual engagements. If your organisation wants to engage coaching for three or more executives at the same time, we offer a 10% volume discount. Contact us to discuss.
Absolutely. About 40% of our current clients are interstate or in New Zealand. All coaching sessions work well over Zoom or Google Meet. The only service that requires physical presence is the team workshop, which we facilitate on-site at your office. Travel costs for workshops outside greater Melbourne are quoted separately.
